Redlands USD invites community to participate in 2026–27 LCAP survey
Redlands Unified School District (RUSD) is inviting the community to participate in an important Thoughtexchange that will help shape the development of the District’s 2026–27 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).
Community input is an essential component of the LCAP process, and the District values the perspectives and expertise of employees across all community members. The exchange is available at https://bit.ly/LCAP26-27, where participants are encouraged to share their thoughts on the following question: “What specific programs, services, or support systems are making (or could make) the greatest positive impact on student success and well-being in Redlands Unified School District, and why?”
Participants may contribute as many thoughts as they wish. After sharing, they will be asked to rate the thoughts submitted by other participants.
Once ratings are completed, participants will be able to explore ideas that have risen to the top based on collective feedback from across the District.
“We deeply value the voices of our community,” says Superintendent Juan Cabral. “Your input directly informs our LCAP priorities and ensures we remain focused on programs and services that have the greatest impact on our students’ academic success, well-being, and opportunities for growth.”
RUSD encourages everyone to share the survey link with colleagues who may also want to participate.
The Thoughtexchange will remain open until Wednesday, Dec.17, at 11:59 p.m. For technical assistance, contact Thoughtexchange at 1-800-361-9027 ext. 4 or email feedback@thoughtexchange.com.
