The Redlands Fishing Derby is back!

Join us for a fun, family-friendly morning by the lake at Ford Park as kids cast their lines and compete in our annual youth fishing derby.

Saturday, January 24

7–11 a.m.

Check-in opens at 7 a.m.

Fishing begins at 7:45 a.m.

Ford Park – 955 Parkford Dr., Redlands

This FREE event is open to kids ages 15 and younger, with prizes awarded for the largest fish caught in each age division:

• Ages 13–15 (20 spots)

• Ages 9–12 (40 spots)

• Ages 8 & under (50 spots)

Registration is required and space is limited.

Redlands residents: Registration opens January 5 at 10 a.m.

Non-residents: Registration opens January 12 at 10 a.m.

Good to know before you go:

Only registered participants may fish during the event

Each child must be accompanied by an adult

Bring a portable chair

Personal cooler required to take fish home

Fishing rods available to borrow

On-site fishing clinics provided

Rain will not cancel the event
